Ingredients of the Cucumbers Locos with chamoy

  • Nochiola antioxidant mix
  • Dehydrated Sweet Potato Nochiola
  • Dehydrated Jicama Nochiola
  • Amaranth churritos with chia Nochiola
  • Amaranth churritos with piquín Nochiola
  • Amaranth fritters with chipotle Nochiola
  • Low sodium piquin chili
  • two cucumbers
  • celery sticks
  • 1 small jicama
  • Chamoy

How to prepare them?

1.-Peel the cucumbers, slice them in half and cut the ends without reaching the seeds. With a small knife remove the seeds.

  1. In a bowl add chamoy, soak the cucumbers and frost them.

3.- Cut the jicama in half. Grate the first half and chop the second half into sticks.

  1. Place the cucumbers on a plate and fill us with grated jicama, amaranth churritos and Antistress Mix.

5.-Serve the Nochiola snacks around the cucumbers, place celery sticks with jicama and cover the mixture with chamoy.

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SNOWBALLS WITH NOCHIOLA

Majo from @coolrecipess shared a recipe for Double Chocolate Snowballs with Nochiola. This, like all the recipes on Cool Recipess, is quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

3 egg whites

1⁄4 cup stevia or powdered sweetener

1⁄2 cup of honey

1 or 2 bags of your favorite Nochiola mix

1⁄2 cup oatmeal

White and dark chocolate optional and to taste

Christmas sprinkles to decorate

Preparation mode:

  1. In a bowl add the egg whites and the sweetener, beat it preferably with an electric mixer until they foam a lot like “snow”.
  2. In a pan add the honey until it boils, but without stopping moving.
  3. Stir together honey, egg whites and Nochiola mix .
  4. Refrigerate about 1 hour.
  5. In a previously greased tray (with waxed paper, any oil or butter) you add the mixture and “knead it with the flour”.
  6. Shape into small "snowball" portions and re-refrigerate.
  7. Finally, melt both chocolates in the microwave for 30 seconds and cover first with a layer of dark chocolate and then with a layer of white chocolate just on top to stick the Christmas sprinkles.

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the bag of amaranth churritos with chia Nochiola with scissors horizontally.
