Pico de gallo con chips de zanahoria

Pico de gallo with carrot chips

This Mexican salad is also considered a traditional sauce. It does not require many ingredients, so it is a great option that, in addition to being healthy, is easy to prepare. You only need tomatoes, onion, Cuaresmeño peppers, cilantro and a touch of lemon.

Mexicans commonly consume this recipe with muffins or quesadillas, this time we share the recipe as a healthy option for snacking.
