GUACAMOLE WITH SPIRULINA SEAWEED
Servings: 1
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Amaranth churritos with chia Nochiola
2 avocados
2 tablespoons of spirulina powder
1 large tomato
1/2 small white onion
2 cuaresmeño peppers
A handful of coriander leaves
2 lemons
Salt and pepper

preparation mode
1.- Remove the skin and pits from the avocados and reserve the pulp in a bowl, add the two tablespoons of spirulina powder and squeeze one of the lemons over the mixture.

2.- Finely chop the tomato, onion, and Cuaresmeño peppers (don't touch your face!) and add them to the bowl of avocados.

2.- Chop the coriander leaves and add them to the mixture of avocados and vegetables.

3.- Crush the mixture with a fork and mix well. Squeeze the other lemon the mixture.

4.- Add salt and pepper to taste.

5.- Enjoy with amaranth churritos with chia Nochiola.
