Our dear Majo from coolrecipess shared a sweet and very tropical recipe with us. These are some Nochiola mango cupcakes that are perfect to fill your day with flavor while you nourish yourself with our healthy Nochiola snacks. Be sure to try and prepare this easy and very fast recipe at home.

1 or 2 bags of dehydrated mango Nochiola
2 tbsp. ghee (clarified butter)
¼ cup of Greek yogurt
¼ cup non-dairy milk
Cinnamon powder to taste
1 tsp of baking powder
1 cup oatmeal
Stevia to taste
What is ghee? Ghee is a clarified version of butter which provides a higher amount of butyric acid which helps protect our healthy metabolism and strong intestines.
1. Blend all the ingredients, starting with the wet ones (milk, yogurt, egg and butter), then add the dry ones (mango, cinnamon, baking powder, Stevia and flour).
2. Grease a cupcake pan with any oil or butter. You can also use parchment paper.
3. Bake the cupcakes at 180 degrees C for 25 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
4. Ready, enjoy!
