Imagine all the flavor of the corn grains combined with our churritos con piquín, the beet veggie chips and the acidity of the enchilada pineapple.... YUM! We are also salivating to the fullest.

Ingredients- Amaranth churritos with piquín Nochiola
- Veggie beet chips Nochiola
- Nochiola antioxidant mix
- Pineapple Enchilada Nochiola
- 1/2 cup of cooked Esquites, without broth
- Chamoy without sugar
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 1 chopped mango
- 1/2 cup chopped jicama
- 1 or 2 lemons (the juice)
- Low-sodium piquin chili (to taste)

- Mix all the Nochiola snacks in a bowl
- Add the chopped mango, cucumber and jicama
- Squeeze the juice from the lemons over the mixture
- Cover with chamoy and chili pepper to taste
