High Protein Artichoke Dip

Our founder @healthyhappychio put together this recipe for a high-protein artichoke dip so you can pamper yourself at home guilt-free. It is a perfect option as a balanced snack with protein, carbohydrate and fat.

The artichoke has purifying properties that promote weight loss. It is perfect to avoid fluid retention. It favors the digestion of fats and the elimination of toxins.

1 package of Nochiola beet chips

150g/1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

200 g of artichoke hearts (equivalent to a can without the juice)

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp vegetable stock

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 handful of coriander

pepper (to taste)

Procedure: Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Serve and accompany with our Nochiola beet chips.

Tip: This dip is also perfect to accompany with Amaranth Nochiola churritos. Do the test.
