Shipments
Nochiola shipments are made throughout Mexico. If your purchase is greater than or equal to $899, your shipping is free.
All shipments are processed and delivered during business days from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is from 2 to 7 business days* depending on the availability of the product and the shipping address; but at all times according to the notifications received from Nochiola**
To facilitate the delivery of your order, notify your address that you will receive a Nochiola package.
*Please note that we do not have shipping processing, nor deliveries during weekends and holidays.
**Due to workload, shipping may take a while, but you can write to us at ventas@nochiola.com and we will gladly give you the status of your order.
IMPORTANT: In the event that the orders have been sent and are not received by the customer, the product will be returned to the Nochiola facilities and the customer will have to cover the shipping costs again.

Once the payment is made you will receive a notification in your email, if you do not have it, we ask you to check your spam tray, since sometimes the notifications are filtered and sent to said mailbox.
*In case you have checked your spam and you do not receive any notification, write to us at ventas@nochiola.com to check the status of your order.
returns
We do not have changes or returns of the product, only change will be made if the expiration date of the product is expired, or the product is received with some damage. To this end, NOCHIOLA will cover the shipping costs of the products to be exchanged, sending you the corresponding shipping guide.
It is important that you take into account that our products do not contain preservatives, so it is important to store it in a cool and dry place, without sun exposure.
If your product was never shipped, your refund will be processed immediately.
To make the refund, we will ask you to send us a copy of your official identification and the cover of the account statement corresponding to the debit account, both of which must coincide with the buyer's name, at ventas@nochiola.com .
Refunds are made through bank transfer, so it is necessary that you provide us with your information and account number at ventas@nochiola.com .
Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
