' Snickers' cheesecake with Nochiola anti-stress mix
Ingredients:
For the base
For the base
3/4 of Cup pitted date
3/4 of cup of peanut
For the filling
•1 cup of soaked cashew nuts
•2 tbsp. honey maple
•1 tsp. vanilla extract
•1/4 cup of coconut or almond milk
•1 tbsp. coconut oil
for the candy
•1 tbsp. honey maple
•1 tbsp. coconut oil
•1 tbsp. peanut butter
•1 pinch pink salt
Toppings
•1 bag of Nochiola anti-stress mix
•1/4 cup of dark chocolate to melt.
Preparation:
BASE: Blend the date and the peanut until it forms a paste and place in a refractory.
FILLING: Blend the cashew nut (without the water), maple syrup, vanilla, milk, coconut oil and lemon and place on top of the previous base and freeze.
CARAMEL: In a saucepan, boil the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil and salt until a homogeneous mixture is formed and set aside.
Decorate with the Nochiola Anti-Stress Mix on top of the filling layer and add the melted chocolate and caramel in the form of strips. Put in the freezer for 10 minutes and enjoy!
