Smoothies are delicious and easy to prepare drinks that will help you start the day in an easy, delicious and fun way.
The recipes that we share with you are prepared in three steps and include portions of your favorite healthy snacks… Nochiola!
We share some tips to prepare healthy smoothies that, in addition to being delicious, are nutritious:
1.- Includes good fats such as peanut butter, Nochiola nuts and unsweetened almond milk.
2.- Use a small portion of fruit and try to make the extra vegetables.
3.- We suggest you use frozen fruit for a better texture.
4.- If you add ice to the smoothie, you will need a transition liquid. It can be water, almond milk, cold coffee or tea.
5.- Leave the ingredients in portions in the refrigerator so that the next day you only worry about mixing them and drinking them.

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein
½ cup frozen spinach
1 tsp almond cream
1 cup of water or almond milk
Nochiola dehydrated coconut as a topping
Preparation
1.- Add all the ingredients in a blender or blender or food processor.
2.- Blend or grind until all the ingredients are mixed
3.- Enjoy!
- TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 tsp Coconut Nochiola
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup of Greek yogurt
1 cup spinach
1 slice of Nochiola chili mango to decorate
