We want to share our favorite hummus recipe so you can dip your Nochiolas. This recipe is very special because we promise you that we have not tried a more delicious hummus than the one from Italy (Healthy life), we drool as soon as we remember the flavor, here it goes!
You need:
- 1 T cooked and peeled chickpeas
- 1/3 T tahini
- 2 lemons
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 chipotle peppers
Reservation
- 1/4 T of chickpea water
Process
Place the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until a paste forms. Stop the blender and add the chickpea water that you reserved and continue blending until you achieve the desired consistency.
Accompany it with your veggie chips favorites or amaranth churritos, They do not know the delight!
